Experience Required: 7+ years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS). 8-10 years of SAP configuration experience in Sales and Distribution (SD) and GTS, including 2-3 full life cycle implementations. Key Responsibilities: nalyze business requirements, convert them into functional and technical specifications, and design cross-functional solutions to meet complex business needs. Participate in new technology evaluations and recommend solutions. Perform and document software application configuration and coding, ensuring adherence to established processes and guidelines. Prepare and execute unit, integration, performance, and acceptance testing, as well as data conversions using standard tools. Oversee the execution of multiple projects, managing a team of GTS consultants, providing technical guidance, workload management, and tracking budgets versus actual spend. Manage the intake of new business requirements, conducting assessments, high-level design, project sizing, and estimation. Functional & Business Expertise: Demonstrate conceptual and practical expertise in SAP GTS and related disciplines. Understand best practices and how SAP GTS integrates with other business areas. Solve complex problems, take a new perspective on existing solutions, and exercise judgment based on multiple sources of information. Communicate difficult or sensitive information effectively and work to build consensus among stakeholders. Education & Experience: Must-Have Qualifications: 8-10 years of SAP configuration experience in Sales and Distribution (SD) and Global Trade Services (GTS), including 2-3 full life cycle implementations. 7+ years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS). Project management experience, including running multiple projects, managing a team of GTS consultants, and tracking budgets versus actual spend. Experience designing enhancements and continuous improvement projects involving SAP GTS. Expertise in Compliance Management, including Sanctioned Party Lists, Embargo, Legal Control, and Customs Management with SAP ERP integration. Strong knowledge of GTS customs declaration documents and associated forms such as commercial invoices. Experience with US Automated Export System (AES) filing using SAP GTS and Broker Interface filing. bility to perform configuration and enhancements in Sales and Distribution (SD), including Billing, Pricing, and Billing Copy Control in SAP ECC. Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process, including sales order configuration, pricing, delivery processing, and warehouse management. Experience promoting changes to production, including writing and executing test plans. Soft Skills & Attributes: nalytical team player with the ability to learn quickly, prioritize tasks, and multi-task effectively. Strong English verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with a proactive approach to driving deliverables to closure. Self-starter, able to work independently, manage deliverables, and meet deadlines with minimal guidance.
