We're growing! D.R. Horton, Inc.in Western PA is currently looking for aPurchasing Agentfor their Division Purchasing Department. The right candidate will bid on new projects, maintain scopes of work, track blueprints and design changes, etc. This is an in-office position in our Sewickley location.Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following: Solicit bidsPre-qualify subcontractorsSetup and monitor option costs and sales pricesMaintain and update current budgetsSpread revised bids and obtain approval for any price increasesPrepare direct cost analysis and variances for reviewInput original Direct Costs budgetExecute lot starts and final proof all unit costsOther duties as assigned Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree (B.
