Knowledge and Abilities: 1. Knowledge of basic computer architecture, basic wired and wireless networking, and basic technology used in education. 2. Knowledge of common office computer software such as databases, spreadsheets, word processors, desktop publishers. 3. Knowledge of operation and use of multimedia training aids.
