Star Nursing is seeking LVNs for urgent Job Details: Location: Ukiah, CA Facility: Skilled Nursing Shifts Available: X1AM (6:30am-3pm Sunday -Thursday) Pay Rates: LVN Local Pay rate: $43 LVN with housing: $32/hr (restricted housing options) LVN travel No housing all taxable: $42/hr plus $125 per week toward housing. LVN Travel No Housing split: $17/hr. taxable + $1120 per week non taxable(17/28 Job Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision Monitor and document vital signs Observe and report changes in patient conditions Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other medical treatments Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions Assist patients with mobility and personal hygiene tasks Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Ensure compliance with facility policies and infection control protocols Requirements:Step 1: Resume with long-term care experience Active LPN license Current BLS/CPR certification Skills checklist 1-2 recent supervisor references Step 2 (Upon Offer): Physical and PPD (within the last 12 months) MMR, Varicella, Hep B (or decline) Tdap/Flu (or decline) COVID negative test (current) LGBT Training Certification Background check and urine drug screen Copy of driver's license and Social Security card If you meet the above requirements, please submit your resume to !
