Residential Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

The QTI Group is partnering with a local organization to hire a full-time Residential Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in the West Madison area. Compensation$25+/hour, based on experience Additional pay for on-call coverage Full benefits available ScheduleMonday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Rotating on-call schedule for afterhours emergencies Occasional weekend availability as needed ResponsibilitiesCheck in daily with the Property Manager to review work orders and priorities Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally Maintain clean and orderly grounds, both indoors and outdoors Purchase, restock, and maintain necessary tools, parts, and supplies Perform routine preventive maintenance to reduce future issues Prepare apartments for new residents, ensuring units are movein ready Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed to support maintenance work QualificationsPrevious experience in maintenance for multifamily housing or similar settings Strong record of reliability and longevity in past roles Valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in both indoor and outdoor environments Strong communication skills and a positive, customerfocused attitude #indskilled
