Sr. GIS Consultant - UN Integrations

Our client is searching for a Senior GIS Consultant with experience configuring, deploying, and managing Esri's Utility Network integrations. This is a remote, CTH role. We anticipate business travel can be up to 50-75% at times depending on requirements. Provide overall operational and technical leadership for various utility consulting programs Facilitate presentations and conduct workshops to identify, define, and capture business and technical requirements and best practices Manage deliverables for consulting projects, including use-case development, requirements gathering, and large-scale implementation strategy and road maps and reports Coordinate and monitor consulting projects from initiation through delivery Serve as liaison between us and the client to ensure requirements are met Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements, specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by those who base their work on the requirements Identify operational system interfaces, constraints, and other non-functional requirements Coach, manage, and serve as a mentor Provide business development support to the sales team, including preparation and estimation of proposals Actively participate in blogs, conferences, and public speaking opportunities 7 years working in support of related utility consulting or large-scale process/technology projects Knowledge of electric, gas or water utilities Understanding of the Esri suite, with emphasis in one or more of: (a) configuring, deploying, and managing ESRI's UN model, (b) data model design and management, (c) designing and deploying ArcGIS applications through ArcGIS Online or Portal Good understanding of utility business processes, including compliance, regulatory requirements, and field workflows
