Job Title: UAT Lead - Eligibility & Enrollment Systems Location: Hybrid - Atlanta, GA 30334 NEED DL COPY TO PROVE CANDIDATE IS LOCAL Key Responsibilities UAT Strategy & Planning Develop and implement a comprehensive UAT strategy aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements. Define and maintain UAT entry/exit criteria, and oversee creation of test plans, test scenarios, and test cases. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end users to align test coverage with system requirements. Test Execution & Oversight Lead UAT execution across multiple workstreams; track execution status and ensure traceability of test cases to requirements. Coordinate defect identification, triage, and resolution across internal teams and external vendors. Conduct data validation, integration, and risk-based testing to ensure eligibility accuracy and system consistency. Support performance/load testing, especially for high-traffic scenarios with EDE partners. Oversee testing of SaaS platforms, APIs, and system-to-system reconciliation processes. Stakeholder Management & Reporting Serve as a primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and vendors during UAT phases. Provide dashboards, status reports, risk summaries, and lessons learned to leadership. Facilitate weekly status calls, issue tracking, and release coordination with the Release Management Team. Process Improvement & Compliance Incorporate Agile, DevOps, and test automation best practices to improve UAT quality and efficiency. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI, and PII standards in all testing activities. Optimize testing processes using metrics, retrospectives, and continuous improvement techniques. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience (Master's may substitute 2 years). 5+ years of UAT and QA experience, with hands-on leadership in software testing environments. Experience in managing multi-vendor projects, preferably in government or regulated sectors. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies. Proficiency with test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, and defect tracking systems. Technical knowledge in SaaS platforms, API testing, SQL, and cloud-based systems. Preferred Qualifications Certifications: PMP, ISTQB, CSM Experience with CMS integrations, 834 files, and federal/state health insurance exchanges. Working knowledge of Affordable Care Act (ACA) and individual market policies. Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Tosca, Cypress).
