Commercial Property Manager

Overview: Corporate Tools in Post Falls, Idaho is looking to add another experienced Commercial Property Manager to the team that will be in charge of managing our local commercial properties as well as our commercial locations throughout the United States. We operate in all 50 states and have various buildings we own and maintain throughout the US. You will be responsible for ensuring the fiscal and operational success of all of our properties. Wage: $75,000/year Benefits: 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision for employees Annual review with raise option 22 days Paid Time Off accrued annually, and 4 holidays After 3 years, PTO increases to 29 days. You must understand how a building is put together. Highly organized with proven experience managing multiple projects Previous experience with commercial building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc Previous contract management experience Experience with commercial leases. You understand terms like CAM/OP Ex/Additional Rent Experience with commercial real estate transactions. You know terms like rent roll and cap rate
