Job Title: Project Manager (IT) - Intermediate Job ID: 216645-1 Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in Tableau development and data analysis to support the architecture governance function. This role requires close collaboration with product owners, development leads, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality data visualizations and reporting solutions. Candidates must have a strong technical foundation and excellent business analysis skills to capture and translate business needs into actionable data solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visual reports to meet business objectives. Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document reporting and analytics requirements. Ensure data integrity and perform rigorous data validation and troubleshooting. Assist in defining and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and data metrics. Support business process mapping and gap analysis activities. Must-Have Skills: Highly proficient in Tableau development (Desktop & Prep) Strong data analysis and data interpretation skills Proven experience gathering business and functional requirements Required Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of overall experience, including: 5+ years as a Tableau Developer/Data Analyst 2+ years in a Business Analyst capacity (preferred) Proven track record designing and optimizing dashboards and visual reports in Tableau. Expertise in SQL and data modeling, especially STAR schema design and tuning. Experience implementing data governance and best practices in data quality. Familiarity with BI tools, with Power BI being a strong plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate with global teams (U.S. and China time zones). Nice-to-Have Skills: Self-starter with minimal need for supervision Quick learner, capable of mastering new tools and processes rapidly Experience generating executive-level reports for senior leadership Work Schedule: Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST Interview Process: 1-2 Rounds Video interview required; in-person may be requested No formal test, but expect a review of Tableau work and discussion of prior experience Additional Details: Project supports: Architecture governance initiatives Training: On-the-job training provided Day-to-day includes: Working closely with PO to define and clarify business requirements Participating in team meetings to capture technical and functional needs Collaborating with the development team to ensure requirements are actionable and complete
