ABOUT OUR ROLE The Valet Supervisor serves as the ramp supervisor, doorman and shift leader in the absence of the Valet Manager and ensures seamless daily operations during assigned AM or PM shifts. This role provides direct supervision to the valet and bell team while maintaining the service standards and operational expectations established by the Valet Manager. The Supervisor reports to the Valet Manager and plays a critical role in ensuring continuous leadership presence for all shifts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Supervise valet and bell team members during assigned shifts Ensure smooth vehicle flow, traffic control, and efficient guest service Assign daily positions and manage break rotations Address and resolve guest concerns; escalate issues when appropriate Monitor employee parking lot and ensure associates are parking in the appropriate area. Reinforce service standards and professionalism Provide on-the-job training and coaching Monitor attendance, punctuality, and team performance Complete shift reports and incident reports as required Maintain organization of keys, podium, radios, and related equipment Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures QUALIFICATIONS 1-3 years of valet, parking, or hospitality experience (supervisory experience preferred) Strong leadership presence and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and guest service abilities Ability to remain composed in high-volume environments Valid driver's license with clean driving record Flexible availability including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift) Ability to run or jog short distances when retrieving or parking vehicles Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds (luggage, equipment, signage, etc.) Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach frequently Ability to enter and exit a wide variety of vehicles, including low-profile and oversized vehicles Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (if applicable) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind, etc.) Ability to tolerate vehicle exhaust and moderate traffic exposure Manual dexterity sufficient to handle keys, tickets, handheld devices, and radios Visual acuity to operate vehicles safely and monitor surroundings Hearing ability to communicate effectively in a high-traffic environment ABOUT OUR BENEFITS Company Benefits and PerksFull TimePart TimeSeasonalMedical (with company contribution) Eligible Dental (with company contribution) Eligible Vision (with company contribution) Eligible Paid Time Off Eligible 401(k) (with company match) Eligible Eligible Sick Time Eligible Eligible Employee Dining Discounts Eligible Eligible Eligible Employee Marketplace Discounts Eligible Eligible Eligible SCHEDULE Hospitality demands a flexible schedule that may require extended hours as the business requires coverage including seasonality- on any day at any hour, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
