Job Description Own full project lifecycle: precon, buyout, schedule, budget, change management, and closeout Build and maintain detailed CPM schedules; drive lookahead planning and trade coordination Lead RFIs, submittals, procurement, and cost control with disciplined documentation Conduct owner/architect/contractor (OAC) meetings and maintain clear, proactive communication Partner closely with field teams to enforce safety, quality, logistics, and phasing plans Manage tenant coordination, afterhours work, and building rules with property management Oversee punch, turnover, and warranty to deliver a smooth handoff and satisfied clients MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
