AP/AR Specialist & Office Coordinator JOB ID#75035Description Our client is seeking a versatile and proactive AP/AR Specialist to join their team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate is familiar with QuickBooks and has some experience in the transportation industry, comfortable navigating TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and handling DMV-related payment processes. Key Responsibilities Financial Management: Perform full-cycle AP/AR duties, including invoice processing, billing, and collections. Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. Logistics Support: Utilize our TMS System to track shipments, verify data, and streamline billing workflows. DMV Coordination: Manage and process payments related to DMV filings and vehicle registrations. Office Operations: Act as a professional point of contact by answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining organized digital and physical files. Software Usage: Navigate Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks daily to generate reports and maintain records. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise: Proven experience in Bookkeeping and AP/AR functions. Software Proficiency: High level of comfort with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), and general computer systems. Industry Knowledge: Experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and DMV payment processes is highly preferred. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with vendors and clients. Organization: Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting. The Ideal Candidate Is...
