Integrate physiological and psychosocial components into care using the nursing process. Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Educate patients and families to support informed decision-making and self-care. Clinical Practice Deliver evidence-based oncology nursing interventions. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate and ensure continuity of care. Maintain accountability for the quality and consistency of patient care. Document nursing care accurately and in a timely manner. Professional Development Participate in continuing education programs and maintain current knowledge in oncology nursing. Pursue opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Research & Compliance Comply with institutional and clinical research protocols as applicable. Ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices in oncology care. Administrative Support Perform indirect nursing activities and administrative tasks that contribute to efficient clinic operations and quality patient care.
