Concordia Activities Board Programmer (CAB) This position is for the 2026-2027 academic school year Position Overview: Coordinates and organizes events open to the entire Student Body Essential Duties: Assists in event management at CAB events Engages and invites students to attend all CAB events Holds two office hours a week to prepare for upcoming events and activities Attends weekly team meeting Acts and speaks in ways that support the Concordia University Student Body Constitution and the Mission Statement of Concordia University, St. Paul. CAB is particularly interested in candidates with marketing experience or a desire to grow in Social Media Marketing/content creation. Arrive to your shift on time and communicate schedule conflicts in advance Be open to constructive feedback and work on areas of improvement Participate in team building activities with fellow staff members and student employees Complete all university requirements to include submitting timecards by the deadline for each pay period Qualifications: Current undergraduate student in good standing as determined by the registrar upon appointment and throughout the entire term of service Have a minimum of a 2.5 GPA Must be available to work some weekends, Welcome Weekend, and Homecoming Must be able to work a minimum of 8-10 hours/week Enrollment Requirements for Work Study Eligibility: Fall and Spring Semesters Students must be enrolled at least half-time (6 credits undergraduate / 3 credits graduate) Summer Students must have summer enrollment or be enrolled in the upcoming fall semester. To be eligible to be a CSP student employee, one must: Be enrolled and registered as a CSP student (PSEO students are not eligible). Have a United States social security number. Have proper identification as determined by Form I-9. Be in good standing with CSP academic requirements and student accounts. Have declared a major at CSP. For summer employment, priority will be given to the student employees who are enrolled and registered in summer courses.
