Location: Tallahassee, FL Employment Type: Full-Time Shift Options: Days: 7 AM - 7 PM (Rotating Weekends) Nights: 7 PM - 7 AM (Rotating Weekends) Salary Range (Experience-Based): $27.72 - $33.00/hr (up to 5 years) $36.30/hr (10 years) $39.60/hr (15+ years) Shift Differentials: Nights: +$3/hr Weekends: +$2/hr Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (case-by-case) Relocation Assistance: Case-by-casePosition Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Med-Tele Neuro Registered Nurse to join a dynamic team providing high-quality care in a fast-paced medical-surgical and telemetry environment. This role involves caring for patients who are acutely ill, recovering, or experiencing neurological conditions, while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Key Responsibilities Patient Assessment: Collect comprehensive, accurate patient data and document findings. Patient Advocacy: Ensure patient safety and well-being as a core member of the care team. Care Planning: Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses, expected outcomes, and individualized care plans. Patient Education: Provide clear education to patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and procedures. Team Collaboration: Partner with physicians, therapists, and fellow nurses to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
