Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you'll make an impact in this role Design and deliver personalized speech-language interventions to help patients regain their voice, communication skills, and swallowing safety. Empower patients and their families through clear education and compassionate counseling to ensure they feel confident in the recovery journey. Document patient progress with precision to maintain high-quality clinical records and drive continuous improvements in care. Facilitate a smooth transition back to daily life by creating comprehensive discharge plans and connecting patients with vital community support programs. What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Speech-Language Pathologist credentialed from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Speech language pathologist provisional license will be accepted until license is issued. License must be obtained within 12 months of hire date or job transfer date. Speech-Language Pathologist credentialed from the Indiana Board of Speech-Language Pathology Audiology obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Speech language pathologist provisional license will be accepted until license is issued. License must be obtained within 12 months of hire date or job transfer date. Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. What additional preferences we're seeking At this time, we are seeking candidates who have completed their Clinical Fellowship Year and hold full certification.
