About the RoleAs a Process Improvement Senior Consultant at CBRE, you will plan, organize, and monitor the pre-implementation of large-scale and high-profile process improvement initiatives. This role is part of the Continuous Improvement & Client Performance function and focuses on reducing risk, minimizing defects, and optimizing processes across the organization.Key Responsibilities Partner with cross-functional teams to align enterprise processes with business objectives and optimize operational performance. Lead process design, standardization, and optimization efforts, including the development of end-to-end process documentation and workflows. Coordinate with process owners and technology leaders to define system requirements that support scalable and efficient operations. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex process and system issues affecting client and internal performance. Design and implement process improvements that enhance service delivery, efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Apply advanced problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies to develop innovative solutions with broad business impact. Serve as a subject matter expert and coach, building process improvement capability across teams while modeling CBRE RISE values. Influence senior stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to adopt new approaches, contributing to operational standards, products, and long-term improvement strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required. Proven ability to develop innovative solutions that go beyond existing methodologies and practices. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address unique and complex challenges with broad business impact. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related tools. Exceptional organizational skills with a highly analytical and inquisitive mindset. The minimum salary for the position is $105,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $120,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
