Mail and Data Entry Clerk LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company near Mesa who is in search of a full time mail and data entry clerk to join their team. This role is a great entry level job for a fresh college graduate! This will require you to work onsite five days a week, Monday-Friday. The hourly rate is between $17/hr-$18/hr. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured tasks, working with documentation, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages Prepare outgoing mail, including labeling, postage, and courier coordination Open, review, and categorize documents for processing Accurately enter data into internal systems and databases Verify information for completeness and accuracy Scan, file, and maintain both electronic and physical records Support administrative and processing teams with documentation tasks Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information Assist with general office support duties as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of experience in mailroom, clerical, or data entry roles preferred Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and focus Strong organizational and time management skills Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite Monday-Friday Interested?
