Systems Analyst 3Location: Austin, TX (Remote currently - potential future hybrid) Duration: 6 Months Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (CST) Position Overview Seeking a senior-level Systems Analyst / Functional Business Analyst with deep hands-on experience in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Billing implementations. This role requires strong functional expertise in Billing, Customer Contracts, and Accounts Receivable, along with full lifecycle implementation experience including requirements gathering, fit-gap, configuration, testing, and deployment support. The candidate must be able to work independently, communicate effectively with large teams, and support documentation and training efforts. Required Experience (Minimum 8 Years) Functional Business Analyst experience on PeopleSoft FSCM implementations Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Billing Strong understanding of: Billing module Customer Contracts Accounts Receivable Module flow and integrations End-to-end system integration testing External interface testing Fit-gap analysis and system configuration Business process testing using converted data Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) MS Teams collaboration in large-team environments Preferred Experience Public sector (Federal/State/Local Government) CAPPS Financials Jira Scrum framework Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements Conduct fit-gap analysis Configure PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Billing Perform system integration & interface testing Support data conversion validation Prepare documentation and training materials Collaborate with cross-functional teams Support off-hours work during key project phases For more details reach at
