Job Title: Scrum Lead - Security & Compliance Duration: 12+ Months (Possible extension) Location: Washington, DC / Pittsburgh, PA Onsite Role (4 days a week) Responsibilities: Deep experience delivering Agile programs in federal government environments Capable of integrating security engineering and compliance requirements (NIST & FedRAMP) into sprint execution Managing cross team dependencies, and maintaining delivery momentum under formal governance, audit, and regulatory constraints. Integrate security controls and regulatory requirements (FedRAMP/NIST) Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Education/Experience: Must have 5+ years of experience Bachelor's degree Security engineer or Auditor background would be beneficial Proficiency with Jira and Confluence. Knowledge of NIST 800-53/800-171, FedRAMP compliance standards. Basic Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP) highly preferred
