Project Scheduler

Job Summary The Five-S Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Scheduler to join our team in the heavy civil construction industry. This position is based in our Baton Rouge office and will focus on developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to support successful project execution. The Project Scheduler will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and leadership to ensure schedules are accurate, properly documented, and aligned with contract requirements and company standards. This role requires a strong understanding of civil construction practices, Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, and project control software such as Primavera P6. This is a full-time office position reporting to the Department Manager.
