Title: Web Project Manager Location: Woodland Hills, CA (occasional on-site) Duration: Through end of the year, possibility of extension We are seeking a high-velocity Web Project Manager to drive the execution phase of a comprehensive website rebuild for a leading financial services firm. This is not a traditional "technical" PM role; we need an operations specialist who thrives on volume, understands the nuances of content lifecycles, and can manage the logistical complexity of a massive digital migration. Core Responsibilities Manage Scale: Oversee the operational workflow for a high-volume digital ecosystem, drawing on experience managing 1,000+ independent project iterations. Workflow Optimization: Direct the end-to-end digital and content marketing workflows, ensuring assets move seamlessly from creation to compliance and final staging. Platform Stewardship: Utilize Enterprise Work Management tools to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and report on project health. Agency-Style Execution: Maintain a rigorous pace and "gig-work" agility to meet the demands of a large-scale enterprise initiative. Qualifications & Requirements Digital-First Expertise: Proven track record in digital/content marketing workflows. Candidates with backgrounds in physical product launches or event management will not be considered for this specific role. Tool Proficiency:Aprimo (Highly Preferred) Workfront (Acceptable equivalent) Operations Focus: You should be more comfortable managing resource allocation, timelines, and content handoffs than discussing backend API integrations. Experience Profile: Ideally, you are a former Agency Project Manager or a seasoned "super-temp" used to the high-pressure environment of massive digital transformations. Industry Context: Experience within Financial Services is a plus, specifically regarding the handling of regulated content and multi-layered approval processes.
