Bilingual QC/Quality Supervisor

Position: Bilingual QC Supervisor (Construction Focus) Location: North Phoenix, AZ (85085) Type: Full-Time | DIRECT HIRE Pay: up to 80K Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time 9AM-6PM (might move earlier based on construction schedule) Responsibilities: Supervise daily QC inspection activities across multiple construction scopes (MEP, tool installations, etc.). Recruit and lead a bilingual (Mandarin/English) team of QC inspectors and site examiners. Ensure all quality procedures align with project specifications, drawings, and regulatory standards. Conduct inspections, walkdowns, and audits of construction activities (e.g., welding, equipment install, cleanroom infrastructure). Identify non-conforming issues and lead the development of corrective and preventive actions. Review and maintain construction quality documentation and reporting logs for client submittals. Collaborate with safety teams and subcontractors to ensure construction work meets both QC and EHS requirements. Train team members on inspection protocols, construction safety expectations, and client requirements. Participate in root cause analysis, field rework investigation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor construction progress to ensure quality milestones align with build schedules. Qualifications: Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required. 5+ years of quality control or quality assurance experience, ideally in semiconductor or high-tech construction. 1+ years of experience as a lead examiner or QC lead in a construction environment. 2-3 years of safety coordination experience infab construction settings is highly preferred Familiarity with construction QC standards, quality management systems, or semiconductor construction protocols preferred. Strong working knowledge of QA/QC documentation, inspection checklists, and verification tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QA tracking/reporting platforms. OSHA 30 required; ideally open to obtaining OSHA 510/511 in the future. Able to walk construction sites, climb ladders, and monitor jobsite activities as needed.
