Solution Engineer

Responsibilities: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on digital platform solutions SME for CMS solutions (Adobe Experience Manager) Technical Product Management or Solutions Engineer responsibilities Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Conduct thorough analysis of platform capabilities, making recommendations for enhancements and optimizations. Implement and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions. Utilize strong analytical skills to understand and manipulate complex data models. Facilitate change management and release management processes as needed. Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding. Experience: Proven experience in solutions engineering, with a focus on digital platforms and customer-facing applications. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Strong background in IAM (identity and access management) solutions. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to dissect and understand intricate data models.
