Job Description: Physical Security Project Manager The Physical Security Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects related to physical security systems, including surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection. This role involves managing all aspects of project delivery, from design and installation to testing and handover, while ensuring compliance with security standards and client requirements. The manager coordinates with internal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality, secure, and reliable solutions on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Plan and manage physical security projects, including scope, schedule, and budget. Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of physical security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. Collaborate with clients to understand security requirements and ensure project alignment. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for timely delivery of project milestones. Conduct site assessments to evaluate and mitigate risks related to physical security. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement risk mitigation strategies. Prepare project documentation, including reports, timelines, and technical drawings. Provide post-installation support and manage system handover to clients. Qualifications: Experience managing projects in physical security or related fields. Knowledge of security systems such as CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection. Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management. Familiarity with security standards and regulations (e.g., UL, NFPA, PCI). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and teams. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PSP - Physical Security Professional) are a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
