Registered Nurse Telemetry

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registered Nurse Telemetry to work at a facility in Colton, California. These are registry positions with our company. Pay Rate: $65 / hourW2 Job Details: AM shift PM shift Job Responsibilities: Monitor patients' heart rhythms using telemetry equipment Interpret and respond to cardiac rhythm changes Assess and record vital signs regularly Administer medications as prescribed (oral, IV, etc.) Perform head-to-toe and focused cardiac assessments Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Communicate changes in patient condition to the healthcare team Collaborate with doctors and other nurses on patient care plans Provide patient and family education (especially about cardiac care) Assist with cardiac procedures and tests (e.g., stress tests, EKGs) Respond to cardiac alarms and emergencies promptly Ensure safety and infection control standards are followed Support patients emotionally and provide comfort care The requirements are: At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in an acute care setting A valid and current RN license issued by the State of CA A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association) If interested, please apply through this job post.
