What You'll Be Responsible For:Full interior and exterior reconditioning. Paint correction and buffing. Wet sanding and polishing. Deep interior extraction and restoration. New car delivery preparation. Used vehicle reconditioning. Maintaining shop cleanliness and organization. Meeting production and quality standards daily. What We're Looking For:2+ years professional detailing experience (preferred). Strong knowledge of compounds, polishes, and protection products. Ability to work in a high-volume dealership environment. Self-motivated with a production mindset. Strong attention to detail. Team player with a positive attitude.
