Guide Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and caregivers on techniques and exercises to encourage continued progress beyond the clinic. Track and Modify Treatment Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment approaches as necessary to keep patients aligned with their rehabilitation objectives.
