Data Collection: Unit Information: (insert name) Location: Address: 7101 SPID Corpus Christi, TX Floor: ED 1st floor Building: Bay Area Emergency Department General Information Tell us about the unit(s): • Number of Beds - 16 with 8 hall chairs • Number of Staff - 6-7 per shift • Type of staff: o Day Shift - 1 charge, 1 triage, 4-5 nurses (one is mid-shift), 1 US, 1-2 techs o Night Shift - 1 charge, 1 triage, 4-5 nurses (one is mid-shift), US 7pm- MN, 1 tech • Patient Ratios - 1:4, low acuity ESI 4 & 5, may take 6. • Type of equipment -Cardiac Monitors, Baxter IV pumps, HP's, Tonopen and more • EMR - Meditech, Vital signs flow into chart Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
