Role: ServiceNow Architect Location: Atlanta, GA Fulltime Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Deep knowledge and experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM modules Experience in developing workflows, customizing forms in ServiceNow Experience in ServiceNow VA and Now Assist Experience in integrating ServiceNow with monitoring, AI Ops and automation tools (PagerDuty, Ansible) Understanding of on-prem and AWS Infra/application components to Integrate and execute automations Understanding of monitoring and AI Ops tools Roles & Responsibilities Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow automation workflows in ITSM, ITOM modules Lead the discussion with application and infra stakeholders, conduct workshops to understand and finalize the requirements Design and solution integration of ServiceNow with IT Ops, monitoring and automation tools Planning and implementation of new features in ServiceNow (ServiceNow VA, Now Assist) Lead and guide offshore/onshore teams to track and implement the solution as per the expectations
