Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Office of Design and Construction. Coordinates pre-construction activities with contractors, project managers, design consultants, and other professionals. Reviews existing conditions, schedules, budgets, and cost management during the contracting phase. Monitors the work of contractors and subcontractors on multiple jobs. Coordinates Owner, Architect, and Contractor (OAC) meetings to ensure sufficient information flow between OAC and clinical/operations staff. Maintains accurate, organized, and complete project files. Ensures all documents required for internal, local, state, and federal regulatory compliance are prepared and maintained. Prepares materials for internal and external audits.
