The Big Task As an HVAC Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while delivering reliable solutions and a professional, customer-focused experience in every home. Key Sub Tasks Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems in accordance with company standards Communicate findings, recommendations, and solutions clearly to customers with honesty and professionalism Safely operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles Follow all safety protocols, participate in paid training, and stay current on HVAC best practices Desired Skills and Experience If you're an experienced HVAC technician who takes pride in your craftsmanship, this role is for you.
