Position Highlights Permanent, full-time role (36 hours/week) No on-call requirements 2 openings available: 1 Day Shift 1 Night Shift RN Level: RN II or RN III (based on experience) Urgent need Emergency Department Snapshot 17-bed Emergency Department 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio ~58 patients per day Treats all ages and a wide range of typical ED diagnoses Charge Nurse on every shift; Manager on-site days and available after hours Required Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required Active RN license Emergency Department experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Incentives Competitive salary (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - $20,000 (based on experience and level) Relocation Assistance: $5,000 - $7,500 (based on distance/eligibility) Shift differentials available
