JOB SUMMARY The Senior Director of Revenue Management is responsible for leading multiple specialized teams across Pricing, Inventory, Revenue Strategy, Systems, Audit, and Analytics to maximize revenue performance for the luxury brand portfolio. This role sets the strategic vision, operational standards, and performance expectations for all ticket revenue generating levers, ensuring cohesive execution across channels and alignment with commercial objectives. The Senior Director fosters a culture of analytical excellence, innovation, accountability, and cross functional partnership to ensure brand strategy alignment. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and develop multiple revenue management groups including Tactical Pricing & Inventory, Revenue Strategy, and Systems Operations & Audit teams. Build a high performance culture rooted in data driven decisions, ownership, and continuous improvement by providing coaching, development, workload prioritization, and performance management across broad team to ensure delivery of strategic and operational objectives. Develop the revenue strategy for the brand, analyzing market trends and competitive landscape, aligning pricing, distribution, deployment, and promotional frameworks with business objectives including revenue opportunities with future deployments and optimal channel distributions. Align on promotional strategies, channel initiatives, tactical actions, and deployment recommendations. Represent Revenue Management in cross departmental forums, fostering cross-functional collaboration & ensuring Brand alignment with RM strategy. Own the budgeting and forecasting process, including methodology refinement and scenario planning. Guide inventory controls and yield optimization tactics, including booking constraints, guaranteed cabins, upgrades, Plusgrade, and reassignment strategies. Ensure system driven recommendations are reviewed, validated, and operationalized effectively. Drive initiatives to maximize product availability, revenue per cabin, and load factor performance. Partner with IT, product, analytics, and data science teams to enhance RMS logic, user experience, reporting, and automation. Oversee UAT participation, systems performance monitoring, and resolution of technical issues or inefficiencies. Ensure accurate setup of pricing, promotions, and inventory processes within booking and reservations systems. Oversee audit routines across pricing, promotions, inventory, and system configurations, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Present insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring decisions are data driven and timely. Continuously improve reporting tools, automation, and visualization to enhance actionable intelligence. Perform other job-related functions as assigned. QUALIFICATIONSDEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred. EXPERIENCE Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in revenue management, pricing, analytics, or commercial strategy (cruise, travel, hospitality, or similar highly dynamic environments preferred). Proven leadership of multi disciplinary teams with responsibility for pricing, forecasting, modeling, or systems operations. Strong analytical, financial, and problem solving skills, with expertise in forecasting, pricing strategy, and yield management. Experience with RMS, reservation systems, and data analytics tools. Exceptional communication and executive level presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to influence cross functionally and drive organizational alignment. Bachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred. COMPETENCIES & SKILLS Expertise with Revenue Management Systems (e.g., PROS, Sabre, IDeaS) and data/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Strong command of data quality, best practices, system workflows, and operational processes. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage execution while influencing strategy.
