Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist AB Staffing is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist that is available for the 2025/2026 School Year. Requirements: Master's degree in communication Disorders, Speech, or Speech Audiology. New York Speech Language Pathologist (PEL) Professional Education License through ISBE Hold, or be able to obtain, ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education. Willingness to participate in events outside normal hours, travel as needed and engage actively in the role. Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting Job Description: Caseload and details of position/classroom type will differ based on school location Contract through the 2025/2026 school year - 32 hours per week Contract follows the academic district calendar Position Overview: Provide speech and language therapy services to help students improve communication and learning skills. Essential Functions: Identify students needing specialized speech or language services and provide tailored solutions for academic success. Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports. Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems. Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth. Explore individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and implement curriculum goals.
