As Levelpath scales its go-to-market organization, we're building a recruiting engine that's fast, thoughtful, and candidate-first. This role is open to support the growing demand for high-quality hiring across our GTM teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in creating a seamless, welcoming experience for candidates while keeping our hiring processes running smoothly. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, support a high volume of interviews, and ensure every candidate interaction reflects Levelpath's values. Success in this role looks like well-run interview days, happy candidates, and recruiters who can move quickly because everything behind the scenes just works. This is a San Francisco-based, onsite role. Being in the office is essential to delivering an exceptional candidate experience, coordinating in-person interviews, and collaborating closely with our GTM leaders and recruiting team. What You'll Do Own end-to-end interview scheduling for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication, guidance, and a warm introduction to Levelpath Coordinate onsite interviews in our San Francisco office, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate hospitality Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure interview processes are efficient, organized, and candidate-focused Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system Support interview days and recruiting events to ensure a polished, high-quality onsite experience Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, templates, and candidate experience as hiring volume increases What You Bring to the Table 1+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, recruiting operations, or people operations role Experience supporting non-technical or GTM hiring, such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Operations Hands-on experience scheduling interviews and coordinating across multiple stakeholders and calendars Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Clear, professional, and friendly written and verbal communication skills A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in helping people and improving processes While not required, it's an added plus if you have: Experience supporting hiring at an early-stage or high-growth startup Exposure to high-volume or fast-paced GTM recruiting environments Experience coordinating onsite interviews or candidate events Interest in growing into recruiting, talent operations, or employer branding Familiarity with B2B SaaS or revenue-driven teams Benefits 100% Medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible PTO, Parental Leave, Sick Leave Competitive compensation and equity package 401k Commuter benefits In-office snacks and Friday team lunches Team-driven happy hours and celebrations The estimated annual base cash salary for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 USD.
