The firm has 5 finance groups: securitization, renewable energy project finance, syndicated loans, public bonds, and real estate finance. Requirements: 1–7 years of experience in finance transactional law at Am Law 200 Firm Working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions (preferred: 5+ years) Excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills Must be barred in North Carolina Additional Details: Salary depends on years of experience Hybrid: 3 days in-office Visa sponsorship not available Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
