Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Program/Contract Manager to oversee utility infrastructure replacement projects and manage associated contracts. The role involves project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and commercial negotiations. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end infrastructure replacement projects, including planning, execution, and cost management. Define project scopes and identify cost responsibilities. Lead customer negotiations and secure agreement on project requirements. Interpret utility interconnection agreements (CAISO, WDAT, Rule 21) and ensure regulatory compliance (FERC, CPUC). Partner with contract teams to clarify scope, cost allocation, and obligations. Lead cross-functional teams, track milestones, and coordinate with internal stakeholders. Prepare proposals, documentation, and resolve commercial claims as needed. Supervise Contract Administrators and administrative staff. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years' experience in project, program, or contract management. Experience managing utility contracts. Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills. bility to manage multiple priorities effectively.
