Do you coach the technical-oriented Supervisors of today, to be customer-, service- and result-oriented Line Supervisors? Are you responsible for the selection of personnel, training and continuous qualification of the employees? Do you deal with complaints as well as supervision of customer satisfaction? Do you create business plans including budget planning and budget control for the individual Service?
