MDM Technical Lead

Job Description: Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr Requirement/Must Have: 10+ years of experience in enterprise data, MDM, or integration architecture roles. 3-5 years of experience in technical leadership or delivery oversight. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Product Data Hub or equivalent Product MDM systems. Experience with enterprise integration frameworks and API design. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern data engineering patterns. Strong understanding of DevOps principles, SLAs, incident management, and performance optimization. Experience: Leading solution architecture and technical design for large-scale MDM ecosystems. Coordinating delivery across multiple engineering and DevOps teams. Working with data integration middleware and orchestration platforms. Supporting production systems with operational ownership and governance. Experience in regulated or enterprise-scale environments preferred. Responsibilities: ct as technical design authority for the Product MDM ecosystem, defining data models, integration patterns, and architectural standards. Lead end-to-end solution design and impact assessments for enhancements and integrations. Ensure architecture consistency across data engineering, integration, and application teams. Drive technology strategy and roadmap in collaboration with business and program stakeholders. Oversee technical delivery governance including estimation, dependency management, and risk identification. Partner with DevOps teams to define and enforce operational standards including SLAs, uptime, and performance metrics. Support release planning, cutover readiness, and transition from build to operations. Facilitate root cause analysis and postmortems, driving continuous improvement. Maintain clear and actionable architectural documentation and standards. Should Have: Experience with machine learning-based data enrichment solutions. Exposure to low-code application platforms. Familiarity with data governance, lineage, stewardship, and metadata management. Skills: MDM architecture and data modeling. Enterprise system integration and API design. Cloud data platforms and data pipelines. Technical delivery leadership and cross-team coordination. Operational excellence, monitoring, and performance optimization. Qualification and Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
