Job Details: Role: Software Lead Work Location: HERCULES (US:94547), CA Background check MANDATORY Client: Capgemeini Contract Position (Possible 3 Month CTH )-W2 ROLE Job Description: As a Software development lead the engineer is expected to lead the software development of legacy medical device products enabling timely quality delivery based on global delivery model. As a software lead you will be responsible for following: • Complete understanding of application software development • Development lead for the functional projects • The single point of contact (SPOC) of project team to interface with all matters related to software architecture/ design • Owning and communication of project deliverables and timelines • Interface with client Project Owners (SW Business Analysts, QA team) • Hands on technical contribution - at least 50% of the time doing actual software development work. • Ensure client satisfaction. Important Note- Note 01- Skype interview is mandatory please provide the candidates skype ID, VIDEO INTERVIEW IS MANDATORY. Note 02- Due to additional on boarding requirements, a meet and greet is required for all new hires. Candidates must be willing to go to the closest CapGemini, Client, or offsite location as indicated by project team to meet with a CapGemini team member prior to starting their assignment. If the candidate is not local, travel will be required at the expense of the CapGemini project team. If travel is involved, will send travel policy document for the candidate to adhere to.
