ECLARO is looking for a/an Workday HRIS Business Systems Analyst for our client in Milwaukee, WI. Our client is a leading environmental solutions provider focused on water, waste, and energy services that drive sustainability and resource recovery. Position Overview: In this role, the HRIS Business System Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules specifically including troubleshooting system defects, administration, configuration, reporting, testing, and new developments/releases. This role supports the development of systems specifications, design and development from the end user perspective. Must have at least 2 years of Workday Time Tracking and Absence experience in this capacity with multiple country (US/Canada) and multiple plans and unions.
