Job Description Hire Up is seeking a fulltime, temp-to-hire Bank Teller in for a reputable banking institution in West Sacramento, California! This position will start as soon as possible! Employment Type: Temp to Hire Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:10am to 5:10pm Hourly Rate: $20.00/hr. What You'll Do: Deliver Outstanding Service: Answer customer calls with a customer-first approach, solving their issues and making their banking experience memorable. Enhance Banking Experiences: Recommend products and services tailored to customer needs, helping them improve their banking experience. Receive Training: Gain the skills and knowledge to handle increasingly complex customer inquiries through extensive, paid training. Build Relationships: Foster strong customer relationships and contribute to a positive team environment. What We're Looking For: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role. Skills: Strong verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, and computer proficiency.
