Project Manager

A top-ranked ENR general contractor is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact builds across the Southeast. This Atlanta-based role will oversee projects ranging from $25M-$150M+ across a dynamic portfolio that includes healthcare, sports and recreation, higher education, K-12, aviation, city/government, and mission-critical data centers. This is a client-facing leadership opportunity with strong growth potential into senior operations roles. About the Role As Project Manager, you'll lead all phases of project delivery-from preconstruction through closeout. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams, coordinate internal operations, and manage cost, schedule, and quality outcomes. You'll also mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement project execution plans Lead preconstruction efforts, trade buyout, and schedule development Manage subcontractor performance and payment process Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and progress updates Monitor job cost reports, cash flow, and risk management items Ensure compliance with company safety policies and jobsite standards Deliver on-time, on-budget, high-quality projects with a team-oriented approach Ideal Candidate Profile 8+ years of GC-side project management experience Successful track record managing $25M+ vertical construction projects Sector experience in one or more of the following: Healthcare Sports & Recreation Higher Education / K-12 Aviation Facilities City/Government Buildings Mission-Critical / Data Centers Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project scheduling tools (MS Project, P6), and project management platforms (e.g., Procore) OSHA 30, First Aid & CPR certifications preferred Strong communication, financial, and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
