Registered Nurse (RN) Ortho Coordinator

Job DutiesAbout the Position:The Ortho RN Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the coordination of care and services within the orthopedic service line. This position collaborates closely with Orthopedic surgeons and providers, primary providers, nursing staff, scheduling teams, and surgical services to ensure efficient workflows and seamless patient experience. The Ortho RN Coordinator helps manage patient flow, supports communication across departments, and assists in maintaining high standards of compassionate, personalized, and high‑quality care. This role provides and coordinates services for patients of all ages within the orthopedic specialty.What we are looking for:Education and Experience:Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.Current and unrestricted Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.One year of professional nursing experience preferred, with clinic experience strongly preferred.Experience using Epic electronic health record (EHR) system strongly preferred.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) License.BLS Certification is Required.What we offer:At Riverwood Healthcare, treating our patients well starts with treating our employees well.
