Employer: Family First Homecare Office Location: Fort Myers Pay: $28-$34/hour Family First Homecare is seeking bilingual Haitian-Creole skilled RNs and LPNs to support two pediatric private duty nursing cases in Southwest Florida. Both opportunities offer true 1:1 care and consistent schedules. Case #1 - Naples ($28-$30/HR) Schedule: Sunday-Saturday | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Saturday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Case Type: Pediatric G-Tube Tetralogy of Fallot (cardiac) Case #2 - Fort Myers ($32-$34/HR) Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Case Type: Pediatric G-Tube / Trach / Vent Special Requirements: School badge required (school support involved) Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality pediatric nursing care Perform G-tube feedings and medication administration Provide trach and ventilator care (Fort Myers case) Monitor respiratory and cardiac status, including Tetralogy of Fallot Assess patient condition and report changes promptly Follow physician orders and individualized care plans Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation Support and educate the family as appropriate MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE FLORIDA RN OR LPN LICENSE Requirements: Active RN or LPN license in the state of Florida Pediatric nursing experience preferred Experience with G-tube care required Strong assessment skills and attention to detail Reliable, professional, and patient-focused Why Family First Homecare: Competitive hourly pay with weekly payroll Flexible scheduling with consistent shifts Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holiday pay options Shorter commutes with cases close to home All PPE provided at no cost Supportive clinical leadership and responsive office teams True 1:1 patient care If you are a dedicated RN or LPN seeking a stable overnight pediatric homecare opportunity in Naples, we encourage you to apply and join the Family First Homecare team.
