Exchange Engineer

Manage hybrid Exchange deployments and migrations to Microsoft 365. Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools. Provide Tier 3 support for messaging-related incidents and service requests. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for messaging systems. Perform regular system health checks, patching, and capacity planning. Document system configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.
