The position is overseeing the department that handles medical equipment. Key words: BMet Biomed Biomedical Engineering HTM Healthcare Technology Management Clinical Engineering JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides leadership and is responsible for the implementation of the corporate Healthcare Tech Management program and services. Participates in defining strategic direction of the Healthcare Tech Management program through short and long-term goal setting, technology assessment and planning, medical device integration, operations, risk analysis, security, vendor and contract management, fiduciary responsibilities, and required reporting. Focuses Healthcare Tech Management program solutions to ensure that all patients receive the safest and best possible experience while at our facility(ies). Creates customized service delivery plans for and develops and motivates the Healthcare Tech Management team at assigned facility(ies). Drives compliance with UHS HTM and Corporate goals and objectives. Assists Healthcare Tech Management leadership with developing and strengthening facility(ies) and vendor relationships. Ensures that facility(ies) program meets and exceeds regulatory requirements for healthcare technology management. Develops and executes KPI's.
