Must Have Technical Functional Skills: -Basics of SQL-Defi knowledge-Knowledge of Snowflake-System Management Provide system support for and manage daily operations within the Defi Servicing and VLOS (Vehicle Lending Origination System) platforms. -Loan Operations Oversee ongoing loan servicing activities, including payment collection, escrow analysis, and processing paid loans, ensuring all procedures are compliant with internal and regulatory standards. -Reconciliation Reporting Lead daily and monthly cash reconciliations between servicing systems and bank statements, resolving discrepancies and ensuring audit readiness. -DeFi Integration Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and categorize DeFi transactions across various blockchains, integrating these solutions into existing systems and applications. -Process Improvement Drive automation initiatives, converting manual workflows into efficient, technology -enabled processes to improve accuracy and scalability. -Risk Compliance Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to loan servicing and ensure departmental compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards in both TradFi and DeFi contexts. Generic Managerial Skills, If any-No managerial skills required, but the candidate should be able to translate business requirements into technical document for implementation without any dependencies hand holding. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented specialist to manage the post-origination servicing of loans and the administration of our loan management systems, with a specific focus on the Defi Servicing and VLOS platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between traditional auto lendingfinance operations and emerging decentralized finance principles. • Top 3 Required Skills: • Direct experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Servicing Platforms (e.g., defi SOLUTIONS, Dealertrack, RouteOne). • DeFi Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and categorize DeFi transactions across various blockchains, integrating these solutions into existing systems and applications. • System Management: Provide system support for and manage daily operations within the Defi Servicing and VLOS (Vehicle Lending Origination System) platforms. • Top 3 Preferred Skills: 1.
