Job Description We are looking for a part-time Handyman to perform a variety of general repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or alongside our team.Responsibilities Perform general repairs including drywall patching, painting, carpentry. Assist with property maintenance tasks such as fixture installation, caulking, door/lock repairs, and basic troubleshooting. Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance needs. Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Communicate effectively with clients and office staff. Requirements Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role. Strong knowledge of general repair techniques. Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and perform physical labor. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Basic set of tools preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication and customer service skills.
